NICHE MARKET WITH COLLATERAL REFERRALS

We are all hearing about catering to a niche market. If you want to make it in 2009 and into 2010 get focused on a niche market. Niche markets can be anything from herniated disc specialist, carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, headaches, the list goes on an on. You know what,this advise is good. If you are trying to do all and be all in the public arena you will attract a small portion of that public. If you niche your practice you will have to target the special needs of a group and hope that it has a big enough draw while making you be the stand out specialist in that area. However that specialty better have exposure to a large group of people and also brings with it an inherited problem. The problem becomes pigeon holing your practice. You don't want to do that because while you are the specialist in your chosen area you still would want collateral referrals, right?

Parker College and Dr. Mancini are the newest and biggest voice yet in our mission to help thousands of chiropractors help millions of seniors. Several years ago it was just the two of us.In the last year and a half six other locations came on and now Parker College is our ninth location. My hat comes off to every single one of our original six visionary chiropractors, Dr. Mancini and Parker College. Credibility and certainty about our program has arrived. The movement towards a more holistic approach of wellness is here to stay and so are we.

In these economic times we need a change and in this health care climate we need a change as well. Invest in creating lasting relationships

When you create wealth through your business, and your practice is your business, you are truly wealthy indeed. It is a means by which you add the greatest value to society while deriving the greatest financial rewards in return. We are here to serve and should receive the compensation we deserve.

You should invest in your practice and on the things that will make you unique in your community, increase your service, improve your results and create lasting relationships!

I am sure you get good results but then again you are suppose to. That is what a patient expects. So if you think about it they might tell a friend or two that you are good but so what. That might keep the practice in a slow growth or survival mode. If you get good results with a patient, give them more service than most and build a strong relationship with them, their going to tell everybody how great you and your practice are. There is a big difference between good and great. Great means growth. We all need growth. You can do it in many ways but in these economic times you might not want to spend a lot on external marketing and do more internal marketing; growth from within which will eventually bring you growth from the outside.
You need a plan and a system. You can not negate the importance of some external marketing, so if you only do a little why not use a big name to do it with.
